We will be continuously updating the ESL and Citizenship classes with spring semester information. If we do not have spring semester information available, please call the organization directly.

The following classes are FREE:

Carmen Arace Intermediate School

Registration: February 4, 5 from 6-7:30pm.

Class times: Wednesday, 6-8pm

Note: Free to residents. Non-residents will be charged $10 upon registration. Must bring ID and proof of residency in order to register.

East Hartford High School

Registration: January 7, 8, and 9 at 4pm.

Note: Registration requires a current photo ID and proof of Hartford address. Registration is ongoing.

The fall semester is still in session. Check back soon for information on spring start dates. Registration is ongoing and takes place at the time of the class.

Manchester High School

There are no citizenship classes in the winter session. Please check back at the end of February for information on the spring session.

Note: Free to residents. New students may register at the Adult Education Office on 555 Main Street, 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday with a photo ID.  All incoming students are required to attend an orientation and testing session, prior to class start date. Non-residents will be charged $75 upon registration.
